AUDITIONS at the SHAPE Performing Arts Center are open to everyone with SHAPE access. No experience is required and you need not prepare anything for the auditions!
* Everything you need for the auditions will be given to you on site (and in some cases, you can even pick up the material in advance)!
* If you are auditioning for a play, you will be asked to read from the script and for a musical audition, you will be taught part of a song and asked to sing that section as well as read from the script.
* Additionally, you may well be taught some simple choreography.
At the SHAPE Performing Arts Centre, we work to make the audition experience as pleasant as possible. If you are not able to make a scheduled audition, a private audition can be arranged. Feel free to contact us to set up an alternate appointment!
